Privacy Policy

GCSECA doesn't share information about the WYT participants with anyone other than the personnel at the sponsoring utilities. We don't sell it. We don't trade it.

We wouldn't have it unless it was needed for the trip. When we collect information, it is used to provide a safe trip for the participants. For instance, we collect names, addresses, phone numbers of emergency contacts in case they are needed during the trip. After the trip, the information is deleted from our records. We collect information for the participants to provide security information so they can ride in an airplane. Again, when we are done with information, we delete it.

We do produce a "yearbook" of the participants and provide each participant a copy. The information on the form is "self-disclosed" by the participants.
